How assisted features use a third-party language-model provider.
When you use an assisted feature, we may send the prompt or request you make, together with reasonably necessary context from your workspace, such as the profile of the person you are working with, related notes and timeline entries, and your own self-profile. Obvious direct identifiers such as email addresses and phone numbers are removed before sending. You can disable assisted features entirely for your workspace.
This data is sent solely to generate the output you request, for example a suggested reply, a draft message, or an analysis. It is not used for advertising.
Customer workspace data is not used by Public Leaders Advisory to train external models, and we contractually restrict our AI provider from using it to train models for the provider's general benefit to the extent such restriction is available in the provider's offering. Our current AI provider is [AI Provider Name].
AI outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, biased, or outdated. They are suggestions, not facts, and should be reviewed by you before use or reliance. The Service is non-diagnostic and does not provide legal, medical, mental-health, employment, or investment advice. Do not enter student records, medical records, Social Security numbers, payment card data, or other highly sensitive regulated information unless your organization has separately authorized that use under contract.
